Do you know Sasha?

Hi, This is Sasha we know this to be her name as she is chipped . She was born in 2006 which makes her seven years old . She is a shepherd cross , very friendly and appears to be ok with other dogs. She is chipped to someone in Havant near Hampshire way I believe ?? But she was found in Hurst Green Surrey . We have tried to make contact with the owners at the address but believe they must of moved and just haven't changed chip details as so many forget to do .
